just saw the movie.
first and foremost, i saw it in 3D and i have to say, that was THE best 12 dollars i’ve spent in the past 2 years.
second, i liked how much of it was about Nick Furry, i didn’t like that it was almost a 3rd Tony Stark Movie.
I thought the aliens were really convincing and those whale-ships were gorgeous. but i didn’t like how similar that scene was to the new york scene in Transformers 3 or how the aliens looked SO much like the Protoforms from the Transformers series.
but overall, that was one of the best movies i’ve seen in a while.
Whedon managed to pull the Superhero Film Genre out of the dumps, not to say that iron man, thor, capt, or hulk were bad movies, but that this was SO much better than those and the last 2 xmen movies or even Dark Knight and Superman Returns.
what would be nice is a Ruffalo Hulk film, no thor sequal, and redskull in the next capt america film. ALSO, an Xmen reference would have been nice considering captain was essentially the first attempt at wolverine.
